– 10 curly red chilies

– cooking oil

– 6 red onions
– 3 cloves of garlic
– 4 curly chilies
– 5 red bird’s eye chilies
– 4 green chilies

How to make:

Sauté the shallots and garlic, add the chilies until wilted. Add bay leaves, lemongrass and lime leaves. Cook until fragrant. Remove and set aside.
Put the rice into the rice cooker, pour in the water, add the stir-fried sliced spices, salt and broth powder. Stir well. Cook until done.
